Solid Waste

NTS provides solid waste consulting to State, County, and private landfill owners. When coupled with our technical services and laboratory, no other firm provides the entire spectrum of services. Our diverse company allow us to handle anything that occurs from new cell construction through closure.

  • Facility permitting, permit compliance and closure for municipal solid waste, demolition, and industrial waste. 
  • New construction oversight and quality control testing 
  • Hydrogeologic investigations per Minnesota rules 7035.2815, subpart.3 
  • Design, installation of environmental monitoring systems 
  • Leachate collection and treatment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting 
  • Landfill gas investigation and control
