NTS provides permit compliance solutions focused on client needs. Our professional services group focuses on clients` needs by offering a range of services from assisting with specific tasks in support of a permit to full service management of permits. NTS` philosophy is that permit compliance begins with planning before the permitting process begins. As consultants, our professional services staff contributes to a client`s permit planning and decision-making processes to ensure that the best permit to meet clients` needs is obtained.

NTS` professional services staff assists with management of the permitting process and manages permits for clients. As permit managers, we ensure permit QA/QC requirements are met and act as the Chief operator of NPDES/SDS permits. We can also assist with specific tasks such as preparation of permit applications, storm water plans, compliance schedule reports, annual reports, waste management plans, closure plans, waste evaluation, etc. NTS can review your permit compliance process to help ensure permit QA/QC requirements are being met. Our involvement is dependent on our clients` needs.

In order to meet clients` needs, NTS offers a tiered services approach. We offer basic services such as laboratory analysis (tier 1) or laboratory analysis plus electronic data management and transfer (tier 2). We can also offer compliance monitoring and sample collection combined with laboratory services (tier 3). Our tier 4 service is the highest level of service and includes NTS` professional services managing permits with our unique ability to coordinate directly with our technical and laboratory services.
